The media has been acting like the propaganda wing of the Kamala Harris and Tim Walz ticket and JD Vance is hitting back.

The Ohio Republican senator and former President Donald Trump’s choice to be the next vice president shredded a CNN host who downplayed his military service to cover for the lies of Walz.

CNN anchor Brianna Keilar on Thursday said on the CNN show “Inside Politics” that Vance was a “public affairs specialist” when he served during the Iraq War which made him an “imperfect messenger” for questioning the service of Walz.

“At what point did military service become a liability? You know, that’s one of the things that’s sort of on my mind as I look at this,” the anchor,  who is married to a Green Beret, said. “I also think that J.D. Vance, as a messenger on this, may be an imperfect messenger, because we have, as you introduced him, as a combat correspondent, which was what his title was. But when you dig a little deeper into that, he was a public affairs specialist, someone who did not see combat, which certainly the title combat correspondent kind of gives you a different impression. So he may be the imperfect messenger on that.”

Vance hit back at her in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

“Brianna this is disgusting, and you and your entire network should be ashamed of yourselves. When I got the call to go to Iraq, I went. Tim Walz said he carried a gun in a war. Did he? No. It was a lie,” he said.

And he is correct. During a speech on gun control Walz claimed he wanted to take “weapons of war” of the street like the kind he carried into combat. But he was never in combat.

He lied and some in the media have called him on it as others have done their part as part of the corporate media to cover for him.
