The angry left wasted no time following Friday’s Supreme Court ruling overturning Roe v. Wade to incite opponents of the decision into violence, and that includes one who did so on Twitter, a platform that has regularly silenced right-wing figures for far less.
During remarks on Friday about the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down Roe v. Wade, President Joe Biden called for any protests to be peaceful, but Carlos Maza responded to the Bidens’ call by declaring that violence is a suitable reaction to oppression.

Maza, who on Patreon describes himself as “a writer and video producer creating videos about propaganda in media,” tweeted, “Violence is a legitimate and appropriate response to oppression.”
By this writing, the tweet had already garnered nearly 140,000 likes — meaning Twitter’s left-wing engineers assured that it got maximum reach and was not throttled in any way.
“The whole point of democratic governance is to create an alternative to violence. When the government is no longer democratic, you’re supposed to go back to Plan A,” he also tweeted.
The suffragettes planted bombs. Queer people threw bricks. Violence has always been a necessary and important part of social justice.

“Fascists literally do not care how hard you vote. They are not trying to win elections. Violence is the only language they understand, and it’s time we start speaking it,” he wrote in another tweet.

Zach Weissmueller of Reason responded to Maza’s post, noting that it is “Quite telling what gets removed from this platform and, by contrast, what not only lives but thrives on it.”

He’s got a point; several users reported the threat to Twitter Safety, but of course, nothing’s been done because Maza is a left-wing extremist like the platform’s speech police.
It gets worse, however: Maza also shared a post that included a graphic with an arrow pointing from a Molotov cocktail toward the Supreme Court.

Several users reacted but again, Twitter isn’t interested (making Elon Musk’s takeover even more necessary — imagine if a conservative posted something like this regarding a leftist Supreme Court justice’s ruling?).
@TwitterSafety is it OK to advocate for violence?

The Blaze notes further:
The high court’s ruling represents a landmark victory for the pro-life movement, but Democrats have been decrying the decision, claiming that it marks a “dark day” for the country.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee who lost the election to Republican Donald Trump, claimed that the ruling “will live in infamy as a step backward for women’s rights and human rights.”
“People will die because of this decision,” Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York claimed.
Democratic Rep. Shontel Brown of Ohio described the ruling “a clear attempt to unwind the clock on human rights progress.”
Regarding violence stemming from the decision to overturn Roe, an internal intelligence document from the Department of Homeland Security warned that it has become far more likely now and in the coming months.
The announcement comes on the heels of the arrest of a left-wing extremist outside the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh earlier this month for allegedly trying to assassinate him and after more than 20 pregnancy resource centers and offices of pro-life groups have been attacked or vandalized in recent weeks.
“Some domestic violent extremists (DVEs) will likely exploit the recent US Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe V. Wade to intensify violence against a wide range of targets,” DHS said.
“We expect violence could occur for weeks following the release, particularly as DVEs may be mobilized to respond to changes in state laws and ballot measures on abortion stemming from the decision,” the warning continued.
“We base this assessment on an observed increase in violent incidents across the United States following the unauthorized disclosure in May of a draft majority opinion on the case.”
