The world’s largest podcaster, Joe Rogan, criticized Bill Gates for buying up farmland in the US, saying that he did not trust how someone that was in such poor shape could give health advise, as he has done with COVID.
Rogan discussed the matter with Diana Rogers, author and nutritionist, as well as Rob Wold, who is a biochemist.

Rogan quoted Gates, who told MIT that he believed that all rich countries should switch to 100 percent synthetic beef, rather than eating living animals.
“You can get used to the taste difference, and the claim is they’re going to make it taste even better over time. Eventually, that green premium is modest enough that you can sort of change the [behavior of] people or use regulation to totally shift the demand,” Gates said.
Rogan critiqued Gates. “He keeps saying that we’ve got to eat less meat, and we’ve got to cut our consumption of meat out to be healthy, and we’re gonna get used to these meat alternatives,” he said.
“When a guy like that says that, I’m like, ‘Are you making money because of this? Like, why are you saying that?'” Rogan continued.
“If you are eating those plant-based burgers or whatever you’re doing, you’re obese… A guy like that telling people about — he’s got these breasts, and this gut, and I’m like, this is crazy. You’re one of the richest guys on earth. You have access to the best nutrients … you could have an amazing trainer. You could be in phenomenal shape, and you’re giving out public health advice … and you’re sick.”
“It’s literally like a non-athlete trying to coach professionals,” he said. “How are you giving any health advice when you look like that? Your health is piss poor.”
