The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has apprehended an illegal immigrant accused of serial rape and operating a mobile “rape dungeon.” Eduardo Sarabia, 39, described as a transient from Mexico, was arrested following reports of two forcible rape incidents on May 12 and May 13, according to Fox 11.
Sheriff’s deputies allegedly caught Sarabia in the act of sexually assaulting a victim inside his van on Monday near Azusa, within the Angeles National Forest along Highway 39.
