Two-time failed Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton continues to demonstrate why she is one of the most absurd politicians in our country.
On Sunday, Clinton hilariously compared House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to the late Queen Elizabeth II.
“I heard an interesting statistic, which is that nine out of ten people alive in the world today were born after she became queen,” Clinton said during an interview with CNN host Dana Bash.
“So she not only lived through this period, but, you know, 90 percent of the people in the world had her as a symbol of a strong stalwart woman leader. And, yes, as she herself would say, she didn’t have the powers that the first Queen Elizabeth did, she had the role of continuity, and all of the presidents, all of the prime ministers, everyone that she met I think saw that twinkle in her eye, and maybe we’re lucky enough to exchange pleasantries that went beyond just the official greetings,” Clinton continued.
“And that’s how I felt,” she went on before turning the focus on herself, which is typical. “I felt very fortunate to see her in different settings over the time that I knew her as first lady and then secretary of state.”
After giving Clinton’s new show on Apple TV+, “Gutsy,” a plug, Bash then asked, “Who do you think the gutsiest people in U.S. politics are right now?”
“I think Nancy Pelosi is the gutsiest woman in politics right now because she has shown through all kinds of turmoil and challenge, what it means to, somewhat like the queen, to be drawing an analogy here, get up every day, put on those high heels she wears, suit up, to fight for the values and ideals that she strongly believes in,” Clinton replied.
Oh, brother.

But Clinton wasn’t through with the ridiculous analogies to the late Queen.
“And, of course, our Vice President Kamala Harris is someone who is breaking totally new ground,” Clinton added. “And I know that’s not easy, having done a little of that myself. And she’s doing it with, you know, good humor and a smile on her face despite the challenges that come with the role.”
Fox News host Tucker Carlson explained why two of the most partisan, vacuous, left-wing hacks in American politics today are not even in the same league as the late queen:
Queen Elizabeth II died today in Scotland, as you likely know, at the age of 96. She was the longest-serving monarch in British history. She was born in one world and died in another. It’s not easy to maintain your dignity while living in the public eye. Most of us could not pull it off for an afternoon. Queen Elizabeth did it for more than 70 years.
“I want to ask you all,” she wrote shortly before her coronation in 1953, “whatever your religion may be, to pray for me on that day, to pray that God may give me wisdom and strength to carry out the solemn promises I shall be making and that I may faithfully serve Him and you all the days of my life.”
For the most part, she did just that, and that was not a small achievement given the period she lived in.
The Queen served with grace, prestige, and honor — none of which are qualities most people associate with Pelosi and Harris. Or Clinton, for that matter.
