Republican Senator Chuck Grassley has disclosed that the Burisma executive, who allegedly made payments to Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, possessed 17 audio recordings of conversations with them.
🚨 Senator @ChuckGrassley says the Burisma executive who allegedly bribed the Bidens with $5 million kept secret "audio recordings of his conversations with them" — including two recordings of calls with then-VP Biden and 15 with Hunter. pic.twitter.com/bP1tuYAKK8

Grassley cited an FBI FD-1023 form that was briefed to congressional lawmakers. Last week, Fox News Digital provided exclusive coverage of the contents of the redacted form, which detailed a criminal bribery scheme implicating then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national in influencing U.S. policy decisions.
According to Grassley, the FD-1023 form also revealed that the Burisma executive possessed 15 audio recordings of phone calls with Hunter Biden and two audio recordings of phone calls with then-Vice President Joe Biden. Grassley expressed frustration with the FBI’s failure to comply with the House Oversight Committee’s subpoena, emphasizing the need for transparency and the release of the unredacted document to the American public.
First, we learn of FBI allegation (buried) that Burisma involved in bribe scheme that may have included "$5 million for one Biden, $5 million for the other Biden." And then today we learn from @ChuckGrassley that the FBI was told of allegedly 17 taped audio conversations between… pic.twitter.com/BX518menRN

The FBI presented the document to Capitol Hill last week in response to the committee’s subpoena. However, they did not turn over the document itself. After threatening to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress, Committee Chairman James Comer was granted access to a secure setting on Capitol Hill to view the form, though it remains in the FBI’s possession.
Sources have confirmed that Grassley and Comer had already seen the form prior to the FBI’s briefing.
Last week’s exclusive briefing to Fox News Digital revealed that a confidential human source had provided the FBI with details about meetings and conversations between the Burisma executive and the source dating back to 2015. The source indicated that the Burisma executive sought advice on gaining U.S. oil rights and becoming involved with a U.S. oil company.
The FD-1023 form also included discussions about Hunter Biden’s role on the board, with the Burisma executive referring to him as “dumb.”
According to the document, the Burisma executive explained that payments were made to the Bidens due to an ongoing investigation led by Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin. The payments were described as a kind of “retainer” to handle various issues, including the investigation.
Sources familiar with the document support the confidential source’s belief that the $5 million payments to Joe Biden and Hunter Biden did occur.
The document also made reference to “the Big Guy,” believed to be a reference to Joe Biden.
