President Joe Biden appears to be getting annoyed with the attention being given to Democrat presidential nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris.

It showed this week during a White House briefing on hurricanes Helene and Milton where he snapped at Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm when she reminded him it was the vice president’s time to speak with a sharp “I know!”

“I think we’ve saved lives, not me, but we, all of those folks out in the field have saved lives, but there’s more to do, and I’m going to do everything in my power to get it done,” the president said as he reached the last page of his binder.

The energy secretary appeared  to notice that the president had reached the end of his prepared remarks, but he continued to talk

“The fact of the matter is that we’re in a situation where – uh – well, we’re gonna have to …”  the president said as the energy secretary tapped him on the arm and pointed to the vice president on the monitor.

“I know,” he said. “I’m going to go to the vice president in a second” before saying, “she’s my boss.”

“I wasn’t sure if you saw hahaha,” the energy secretary said.

As he continued to speak he was interrupted by the vice president and responded “Hang on one second, Madame Vice President.”

Granholm: “I wasn’t sure if you saw hahaha.”

Harris: “Mr. President.”

It comes the same week as the president was asked if Florida Gov. Ron De Santis should have taken the vice president’s call before Hurricane Milton struck his state, and he did not appear to have her back.

“All I can tell you is I’ve talked to Governor DeSantis,” the president responded when asked about the governor not taking the vice president’s calls.

“He’s been very gracious. He thanked me for all we’ve done. He knows what we’re doing, and I think that’s important,” he said.

And after the vice president said the Florida governor was “selfish” the president again praised the Republican.

“The governor of Florida has been cooperative. He said he’s gotten all that he needs. I talked to him again yesterday, and I said – no – you’re doing a great job, it’s all being done well and we thank you for it,” he said on Tuesday. “There was a rough start in some places, but every governor, every governor – from Florida to North Carolina – has been fully cooperative and supportive.”
