The mainstream media wants people to believe that Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a knockout to former President Donald Trump in their debate, but that simply is not true.
CNN reporter Phil Mattingly spoke to some undecided voters in Erie County, Pennsylvania, after the Tuesday night debate and one of them made the perfect case for the former president.
“It’s important to remember that we are voting for the future of our country, not who we like the most or want at our wedding party. Who is actually going to make our country better?” the woman said.
“We’re in an incredibly unique situation where we’ve had both of the candidates in office before, and we’ve gotten to see what they would do, and when facts come to facts, my life was better when Trump was in office. The economy was better. Inflation was lower. Things were better overall. And now, with Kamala’s administration, things haven’t been so fantastic. She’s saying she can fix the problems that her administration has caused, but I don’t know if I can afford to take that risk,” she said.
Even Reuters reported that its panel of undecided voters moved toward the former president after the debate.
“Although the sample size was small, the responses suggested Harris might need to provide more detailed policy proposals to win over voters who have yet to make up their minds,” the report said.
“Five said they found Harris vague during the more than 90-minute debate on how she would improve the U.S. economy and deal with the high cost of living, a top concern for voters,” it said.
“I still don’t know what she is for,” Florida entrepreneur Mark Kadish, 61, said. “There was no real meat and bones for her plans.”
“I felt like the whole debate was Kamala Harris telling me why not to vote for Donald Trump instead of why she’s the right candidate,” Robert Wheeler, 48, a security firm executive in Nevada said.
