This Is Unbelievable: Worst Rendition of the National Anthem Ever Is Played in Biden’s Presence

President Joe Biden’s trip this week to the Middle East has, predictably, been fraught with gaffes and controversy, but one of the biggest ‘errors’ made thus far is not of his doing.
After making time for the Israelis, Biden went to visit Palestinian-occupied territories.
While there, he was welcomed with one of the worst renditions of the “Star-Spangled Banner” that most people have ever heard, and it was truly hard to watch:

Ouch.
All our president could do was stand there with Mahmoud Abbas, president of the Palestinian Authority, with his hand over his heart and just pretend that the version of our National Anthem being played was acceptable.
The PA band also played the Star-Spangled Banner for then-President Donald Trump, and while far from perfect, it was far better than the version Biden got.
As The Western Journal notes:
The Palestinian band’s struggle to play the “Star-Spangled Banner” is far from unique, though.
The Egyptian military band is notorious for blasting out butchered performances of national anthems.
These nations don’t have the same musical tradition as countries in the Western world. Musical instruments themselves have long been considered sinful in Islam, although that view isn’t unanimous among Muslims.
Biden’s Middle East trip actually began with an embarrassing gaffe, in which he accidentally used the word “honor” instead of “horror” to describe recounting what took place during the Holocaust.
“Later today, I will once more return to the hallowed ground of Yad … Vashem to honor the 6 million Jewish lives that were stolen in a genocide and continue … to keep alive the truth and honor of the Holocaust,” he said in Israel, quickly correcting himself by saying, “Horror of the Holocaust — honor those we lost so that we never, ever, ever forget that lesson.”
In addition, he compared his own Irish Catholic heritage with the experiences of Palestinians in another remark that turned heads.
He said, “the background of my family is Irish American and we have a long history not fundamentally unlike the Palestinian people, with Great Britain and their attitude toward Irish Catholics over the years for 400 years.”

On Friday, Biden extended his trip with a visit to Saudi Arabia, where he was greeted with something less than full honors, as the Saudis rolled out a purple carpet instead of a red one.
But that, too, was fraught with controversy, as The Associated Press noted:
President Joe Biden met Friday with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the man he once pledged to shun for human rights violations, and shared a cordial fist bump as he tried to reset an important diplomatic relationship, bolster Mideast security and increase the global flow of oil.
It was the first encounter for the two leaders, and their chummy gesture was swiftly criticized.
Prior to his trip, American oil producers said there was no need for Biden to go to the Saudis for more oil as they could produce all that is needed to bring prices down. That, of course, was ignored because Biden is beholden to his party’s far-left anti-fossil fuel minority.
