Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene revealed to reporters on Thursday that an FBI document she viewed in a classified session regarding pay-to-play corruption allegations against President Joe Biden contains information that is “very troubling.”

The Georgia Republican posted a video clip to her Twitter account in which she said information provided by a whistleblower alleged that Biden, as vice president, was involved in a pay-to-play bribery scheme involving a foreign official.

The source has been frequently used by the FBI since the Obama administration and is deemed to be “highly credible.” She said the allegations against Biden “are nothing short of deeply troubling.”

As reported by Fox News, the individual has alleged that the former VP “was involved in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national” and is an “FBI confidential human source…used by the bureau in multiple investigative matters dating back to” Barack Obama’s two terms in office.

Additionally, the report highlighted that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and GOP Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa received communication from a whistleblower who claimed that the FBI possesses an FD-1023 form dated June 30, 2020, which allegedly contains detailed information provided by a confidential human source.

As per the source, the document alleges that during his tenure as vice president, Biden was implicated in a criminal bribery scheme of $5 million. It is claimed that the scheme involved a foreign national and sought to obtain influence over policy decisions.

According to a source familiar with the matter, the confidential human source who shared information about Biden with the FBI is an established source that has previously assisted in unrelated investigations conducted by the FBI, Fox News noted further.

Additionally, the source revealed to the outlet that the confidential human source had been cooperating with the FBI for “at least several years” prior to the creation of the June 2020 FD-1023 form.
