MTG Introduces Articles of Impeachment Against Biden AG Garland

Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene introduced articles of impeachment against Biden’s crooked Attorney General Merrick Garland, accusing him of weaponizing and politicizing the US justice system.

The impeachment articles say that Garland’s actions pose a significant threat to the American justice system and grant President Biden the ability to persecute his political opponents at will.

The articles specifically reference the FBI’s alleged targeting of parents expressing concerns about radical left wing education, the refusal to prosecute leftist extremists who harassed Supreme Court Justices after the Dobbs decision, and the two-tiered justice system.

“In his conduct as Attorney General of the United States, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of the Attorney General of the United States, and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend, the Constitution of the United States, Merrick Brian Garland continues to materially endanger the justice system of the United States and empower President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., to persecute his political adversaries at will,” the articles read, reports Fox News Digital.

In an exclusive press release obtained by Fox News Digital, Greene claims that Garland has completely weaponized the Department of Justice (DOJ) and accuses him of using the FBI as a personal police force for President Biden.

She criticizes the DOJ’s alleged persecution of political enemies and highlights its failure to prosecute Antifa and Black Lives Matter activists responsible for extensive property damage.

Greene diagnosed that Garland’s actions go beyond political bias, asserting that the DOJ’s targeting of former President Donald Trump and its raid on his home constitute election interference and a violation of justice.

She emphasizes the need to hold Garland accountable through impeachment, stating that his conduct is anti-American.

“Garland has used the FBI as a personal police force for his boss, Joe Biden,” Greene wrote. “From investigating parents who protest their local school boards, to going after pro-life activists and Catholics, to persecuting former and future President Donald J. Trump, Merrick Garland’s corruption knows no bounds.”

“Antifa and Black Lives Matter terrorists have caused billions of dollars of damage to property,” she continued. “Instead of prosecuting these crimes, Garland has persecuted Americans who engaged in legitimate political protest, people who were overwhelmingly nonviolent.”

The Georgia Republican said that the “DOJ’s persecution of Joe Biden’s primary political adversary, Donald J. Trump, is anti-American” and that raiding “the former President’s home for legally declassifying documents is a transparent violation of justice.”

“Persecuting a declared candidate for President of the United States is nothing short of election interference,” Greene added. “Therefore, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland must be impeached.”

This move follows Greene’s previous resolution to impeach FBI Director Christopher Wray, where she claimed that Wray facilitated the development of a federal police force to intimidate and harass individuals deemed enemies of the Biden administration.
