Mollie Hemingway Drops Massive Truth Bomb Following Biden Election Integrity ‘Lie’

“The Federalist” senior editor Mollie Hemingway went nuclear on President Joe Biden for pushing a Democrat voting reform bill that will overturn nearly all state laws that currently ensure more election integrity, and using the anniversary of the Jan. 6 riot to do so.
During a speech on Thursday, Biden claimed that all elections must be federalized ahead of the 2022 midterms to ensure that Republicans are not allowed to engage in “voter suppression” — which is his Democrats’ way of saying that states should not be allowed to require voters to prove who they are and that they are legally able to vote before casting ballots.
Hemingway was responding to a tweet from Breitbart News’ White House correspondent Charlie Spiering, who wrote: “Biden says Trump and Republicans want to ‘suppress your vote and subvert our elections. It’s wrong. It’s undemocratic. And frankly it’s un-American.'”

Hemingway blasted back with a massive truth bomb that was also contained a warning regarding the future of our country: “This is a horrific and indefensible lie from POTUS. The republic CAN NOT SURVIVE if we do not have election security. That Biden, corporate media, and other Democrats feel they have no political future if elections are secure is telling.”

She is exactly right, by the way. If our leaders cannot ensure, to the best of their ability, that our elections are as secure and legitimate as possible, then we don’t have a functional republic any longer. And from there, the mistrust will spread and lead to the destruction of what remains of our social cohesion. And the rest is too nightmarish to contemplate.
What’s maddening is that every single Democrat pushing the misnamed “For The People Act” knows that it destroys state voter integrity laws and procedures. They also know that by spreading ‘the big lie’ of GOP voter disenfranchisement, they are gaslighting the country and purposely causing more mistrust and division because that’s the only way they can attain and, most importantly to them, keep power. They know that in order to remake our system into one that keeps them in power, they must first destroy the existing system. This is Marxist Revolutionary Doctrine 101.
Fortunately, there are a lot of Americans who are not fooled by this naked attempt to nuke our democratic process, and they responded to Hemingway’s truth bomb.

For what it’s worth, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) also blasted Democrats for exploiting the Jan. 6 riot — and that’s all it was, a riot — to push their ‘perpetual power’ bill.
McConnell was responding to his unhinged counterpart, Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), who served as the chamber’s chief Jan. 6 gaslighter.
“Let me be clear: January 6th was a symptom of a broader illness — an effort to delegitimize our election process — and the Senate must advance systemic democracy reforms to repair our republic or else the events of that day will not be an aberration. They will be the new norm,” said Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer, New York Democrat.
McConnell countered from the Senate floor it was “beyond distasteful” for Democrats to “invoke the Jan. 6 anniversary to advance” partisan aims.
“A year ago the Senate didn’t bend and it didn’t break. We held strong,” he said. “It is jaw-dropping for colleagues to propose to commemorate that by breaking the Senate themselves in a different way.”
